With a reputation for creating long term relationships, my experience in sales and marketing as National Sales Manager, CEO, and consultant on domestic and international business opportunities, including 25 plus years as a real estate investor, I am well-positioned to evaluate a real estate situation accurately and fairly to the benefit of my clients. As a Planning and Zoning Commissioner, I have gained a great deal of knowledge on land use, rules, regulations, laws, zoning, as well as investing, and purchasing homes for the past 25 years. Transferring my leadership, marketing, and strategizing background to the world of real estate allows me to provide clients with the highest quality service whether buying or selling property. These skills benefit my clients when it comes to contracts, negotiations, inspections, closings and everything in-between. We can't say enough about our Realtor, Tom Schaeffer. When we decided to move from our home of 22 years to a different area of town and wanted new construction, Tom was there every step of the way. From providing accurate market data so we could quickly sell our home for top dollar to being another set of eyes and ears when dealing with our builder. During the contract signing, the construction process, and closing of the new home, Tom provided a summary of every meeting containing contact names and numbers of the various people/companies we might need at some point, upcoming dates of importance, and every detail we would probably forget and wonder about.

Shortly after we arrived home from each meeting, we found an email in our inbox with everything that was discussed. Considering that we were trying to remember or using whatever scrap of paper we could find to make notes on, having a concise email of each meeting was extremely helpful. Tom also provided another set of eyes at each walk-through and found several "corrections" that we missed. He also asked many of the questions that we didn't know to ask. When our 26-year-old great-nephew and his fiancee decided they were ready to buy their first home, Tom was the voice of experience and reason, guiding them through the process.
